Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, OXY33 has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.
OXY33 understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Orders are processed Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm AEST excluding public holidays. It may take up to 2 business days to process your order before being shipped. Tracking information will be sent to you via email or mobile once order is dispatched. Please ensure the email and phone number is correct. Order might get delayed in the event of large promotion. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

As a customer, you can cancel your order within 24 hours which you have placed an order. As a customer, if you cancel an order after the item is shipped, you will be required to pay any postage cost back to us. We will credit the cost of the item only.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer.
OXY33 WANTS YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product in its original condition and packaging to OXY33 within 15 days from the receipt of your order. These cases will be handled on a case by case basis.
Please contact us before making a return or if have any questions regarding our return policy. To complete your return, we require an order authorization or proof of purchase.
Complete the returns section of the original packing slip.
• If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift please indicate so by completing the Name and Address section and marking the box.
• Pack the item securely and in the original packaging, if possible.
• Enclose the returns portion of the original packing slip with the item.
• If you no longer have your packing list, please include a letter with the following information: your name, address, phone number, order number and return reason.
• We recommend that you send your return via an insured and traceable shipping service. Make sure to note the tracking details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case of faulty item, please include the order number and any photos so we can look into the issue as soon as possible. Upon investigation, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item and process the credit.
Note that only full priced items can be exchanged and ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original condition. Customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us, however we will ship the exchange item for free. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of OXY33. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from OXY33 (the "Physical Goods”). All products advertised on the OXY33 site come with at least a 28-day warranty. In many cases, the manufacturer’s warranty is much longer. See individual product for more details.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, OXY33 will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
OXY33 will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from OXY33 is 28 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 28 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover certain problems. Warranty product will be null and void if:
• The product is damaged physically.
• The product is repaired, maintained, modified, and disassembled.
• Warranty product of product is limited to manufacturing defect.
• Warranty product of product doesn’t cover other accessories such as strap, lens, case, cap and others such as batteries.
• The warranty doesn’t cover replacement of product.
